I was given an opportunity to purchase a vacant lot from a friend. I wanted to do a little research on the property. Josh Stephenson, went out of his way to help me gather information on the property. This included calling the title company to get a rough idea on the cost, his costs, comps in the area, etc. He even went by the property to see what we were dealing with. Although I chose not to move forward with the lot for reason on price and a underground stream. If I did I would have used Josh to write our contract.
